Installation scheme of bell annealing furnace

The rolled steel plate of a cold-rolled sheet project is annealed, and the
annealing method is an all-hydrogen bell annealing furnace. The unit is located
on the AB span of the third area of the main workshop, between lines 310 and 324
(see the floor plan). 316L

annealing furnace is composed of hearth, inner cover, outer cover, cooling
cover, quick cooling system, medium pipeline, hydraulic control system, etc.

whole and only needs to be hoisted as a whole, so the installation focuses on
the installation of the furnace platform, surrounding equipment and the
installation of the furnace bottom medium pipeline. This plan is specially
